Orchard Hill is a place where a lot of things happen. It is a piece of land, a collection of people and experiences and an experiment in recreating a village. Orchard Hill Community is the non-profit that owns most of the land that is Orchard Hill. On Orchard Hill there is an organic wood-fired bakery (Orchard Hill Breadworks), a community learning center (The Orchard School), an Inn (The Orchard Hill Farmhouse) and two farm businesses (Orchard Hill Farm and Village Roots). Some shared resources and vision allow this all to happen in one place. The whole is more than the some of the parts.
